On August 15, Chaminade’s offices serving the public directly (which may include serving employees and students as well as the external community) will be open continuously from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This is a change from the old 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Check with your supervisors for more details. There is flexibility with your supervisors. Chaminade class times will also change to meet these new hours. The university hopes that the new schedule will help avoid contributing to traffic entering campus between 7:15 and 8:15 a.m., when everything backs up. (By the way, Saint Louis School is also making adjustments.)Both Admissions and Student Services are starting these new times as of July 1. If you have any questions, talk to your supervisors. For more information on the policy details, go to the web portal. Click on Policy Manual (located in the drop down menu under Administration) or go to: https://portal.chaminade.edu/administration/Policy%20Manual/Forms/AllItems.aspx
Send announcements and event information to email@example.com at least two weeks in advance. Include, who, what, where, when, cost, contact, etc. (why, how). Got notables?
